Richmond Fontaine are an American alt-country four-piece. The band - named after a down and out that bassist Dave Harding met while hitchhiking through Mexico - formed in 1994 and first started out touring the Pacific Northwest on the back of their first three albums.
Richmond Fontaine quickly formed a serious following throughout America based on their high-energy, intense shows and memorable tunes. Eighth album 'We Used To Think The Freeway Sounded Like A River was released last year, preceded by first single ‘You Can Move Back Here’.
Richmond Fontaine play Bush Hall on March 4th with Boo Hooray and Peter Bruntnell in support.
