Sir Richard Bishop, the former member of Sun City Girls and renowned experimental guitarist draws upon musical styles from a vast landscape of ethno-musical traditions. He released ‘The Freak of Araby’, in Spring 2009.
Sir Richard Bishop supports at The Borderline on March 1st will be Alex Tucker and C Joynes. Alex Tucker creates soundscapes which twist and bend through folk, drone metal and electronica. While outstanding acoustic guitarist C Joynes is reminiscent of Jack Rose and John Fahey.
